We guarantee satisfaction with our products. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise if you would like to return your purchase. If products you purchased on Hampton Store are damaged when you receive them, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to make a claim. Our representative will contact you and make arrangements for a refund or replacement shipment.
To return the product, please email us at Service@hamptonstore.com. to obtain an RMA number. Your RMA number will be sent to your registered email address. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return your order in it's original packaging to the address on the RMA. Return shipping fees must be prepaid by the customer - No COD returns will be accepted. Once we have received and processed the returned merchandise, we will promptly refund your purchase price for the items. Sorry, but we cannot refund freight charges.
