Hampton Store Return Policy
All returns must have an RMA (return materials authorization) Number. Requests for an authorized return must be made within 5 days of receipt. Returns without an RMA number will not be refunded. Unauthorized returns will also be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
If your shipment arrived damaged, please email us at Service@hamptonstore.com within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for credit or replacement.
Authorized returns should only be sent to the address that appears on the Return Authorization. The RMA number and the reason for return should be on a copy of the packing slip which should be enclosed inside the box. The RMA number should be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
Refunds are made only on the product(s) returned in good condition - no shipping charges will be refunded and the return must be received within 30 days of the return being authorized. Also, please note that any claims for defective product must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt.
